My ego is starting to stir.

Doing some uni work at work at the moment, but my brain stopped working. What are some answers to the following:

f. What’s the difference between a coach and a mentor? Have you been assigned a coach or a mentor at work? If yes then describe what you will gain out of having a mentor. If not, then explain how you would benefit from having a mentor at work.

4. Feedback is an important part of your skill development process whether it comes from your supervisor or whether you create your own benchmark.
a. Create a feedback checklist for your workplace project / tasks that will enable you to keep track of the learning you have achieved and the learning you have yet to complete.


I just can't think of anything to write for the second half of f, I don't care if it's complete bat, it was due in a week ago, any help would be appreciated.

I probly should write more of these but there never seems to be enough time. Short breather between SACs and exams which have me twiching so badly sometimes that it's a wonder I'm still in one piece.

Just had a SAC for english, we were given one prompt of 4 on Identity and belonging, it had to tie in with 'Catcher in the Rye', and told to write. The bloody teacher picked the one prompt I had done no prep work for at all and I had this great story about Holden's hunting hat all ready to go for another one. I might post it later.

Exams in a couple of weeks and work wants me to work through them, dispite me having handed in a note last week saying that I can't work. Their logic is that everyone has exams and if they all took 2 weeks off then the store would have to close. go figure the only time a 24/7 supermarket closes is becase all the employees are pulling their hair out over some of the biggest bloody exams in their school carier.

the rant is done and now I have to go sleep in maths. last period of the week just doesn't hold any apeal to me.

About yesterday's promissed update and preview of "F.E."; last night I was franticly animating the first sceen knowing I was late because I hadn't done it earlier cos of school and birthdays, when I came to a relisation. I wasn't enjoying making this animation.

I love animationg but this one felt more of a chore than fun. This isn't anyone else's falt but my own. I said I would do it half way through last year without thinking it through, by addvertising that I was doing this and talking it up so much I was digging myself a hole. I don't have the time or the paishunce to see it to the end and evan if I did it would be of poor quality, something which I don't like forcing on people. And people would watch it because Cordria is an ausome writer and I don't want to deminish that by animating it.

the book is alyways better than the film.

And as such "Final Exam" - the animation is put on hold untill further notis.

It is time for an update on the progress on the "Final Exam' animation.

Dunh dunh dunnnnn.

I have goten my mits on flash and adobe should be sending me the registration code any day now. Its taken longer than it should, it was supossed to be mailed to me on Tuesday but they are bums and even after ringing them they're still being aufull slow about it.

But not to worry, I've started animating with a trial version and the next preview should be up by next week.

Plus next Friday is my birthday, so as a presant to you I promis (damn my spelling to hell) to upload the preview on Monday the 4th of Febuary (gahhhh I am not in a spelling mood).

hmm I'm also starting school again next Thursday so don't be expecting any more previews after that for a very long time. It's my last year of high school and I will make a point of working on 'Final Exam', my school stuff comes first, along with my own end of year exams, really looking forward to that, not.

well the compter I'm using is telling me to get off shortly, so I've gotta run.
